This is a decision for the family to make. If a traditional viewing is
held the body is clothed according to the family’s wishes.
If no viewing is desired, the body is cremated as it was received at the funeral home. Sometimes special items of clothing are folded and placed in the cremation chamber with the deceased:
- scout uniforms
- scholastic robes
- military uniforms
