Direct cremation includes 

• transfer of the remains
• filing of the documents required in your state or province
• transportation to the crematory
• delivery of the cremated remains to the family
• Cremated remains are returned in a simple cardboard box

Direct cremation does NOT include any additional services such as: 

• Viewings
• Memorialization
• Services
